„We stayed for 6 days, there was no housekeeping to change towels or sheets. The floors needed a sweeping but there were no cleaning supplies or brooms. Our unit had a washing machine but no dryer. The list of amenities say there is an espresso machine but there was only a kettle. Only hand soap and 1 roll of toilet paper was supplied in the bathroom, no other toiletries. The front staff only spoke Italian and the online contact did not provide any assistance after several emails asking for a ...

„Uralte schmutzige KĂŒche, ungeeignet fĂŒr Kochen oder Essen Zubereiten.Kalte dunkle ungemĂŒtliche Souterrain Wohnung mit alten maroden teilweise kaputten Möbeln. Wir waren im Oktober da und haben gefroren.Das Bad war ungekachelt und ungefließt, lediglich mit Farbe gestrichen. Schwarzer Schimmel in Dusche und Waschbecken, die Toilette war verstopft. Ekelhaft.Fazit: heruntergekommen, schmutzig, ohne jeden Komfort. Preis- Leistungs- VerhĂ€ltnis ist absolut unangemessen. Nie wieder.“

The neighbors blast music until 11 every night however. If you want to go to sleep early or visit in the apartment- it is extremely annoying. „Our stay here in Rome was absolutely phenomenal. The host met us at the doorTo walk us through the process of basic needs and locking the doors. The neighborhood was so incredible. So quiet, a perfect retreat outside of the city and hustle and bustle. This spot was comfy and easily accessible to everything we needed. We walked to all the major spots and it was an excellent day. Also the cafes and restaurants on the street are all fantastic. “
