"Warmly welcomed upon check-in and was grateful for the courtesy dental kit after discovering I’d forgotten my toothpaste. Very small rooms and not enough hooks to hang towels. Didn’t love how housekeeping moved my things to put the replacement towels on the sink when they could have been placed elsewhere. Slept horribly because the room was so stuffy and the airco wouldn’t properly turn on and stay on, and the noise from the train station across the street made it impossible to just leave the window open at night. Also the shower leaked onto the floor and soaked the floor mat. Had to carefully calibrate the water pressure to avoid flooding the room a third time. Also while I was asleep a wall hanging crashed onto my bedside table, which was incredibly disruptive. "
