„Came all the way from the United States to Milan, and had this stay confirmed by VRBO. I arrive at the property, only to have a mean security guard yell at me and telling me "that my stay was not valid." I then called the host, only have her say that "this stay is no longer available." I was then stuck in Milan without a place to stay. What a nightmare! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!“

„Wonderful location & very walkable! The basics were just fine - comfy beds, good kitchen, good common spaces. Easy check-in process and communicative host. Overall worth it for a lovely stay in Milan. Note that the bottom bedroom does not have a bedroom door - just the spiral staircase separating the two spaces. There were some amenities missing (closet hangers, olive oil, low toilet paper, no hand soap in all bathrooms). Small things that could have been a little better but didn't detract from ...

Was able to convince them to allow us to check-in anyways because we had no where else to go and travelling with a 10mo old baby. „The apartment is nicely decorated, very clean and well equipped. The metal staircase is a little tough on the feet (slippers recommended).
