« Annonce trompeuse lave vaisselle mais pour deux assiettes fournis inutiles lave linge payant aussi sèche linge payant pas de fer à repasser rien pour n minimum ménage et services proposés limite correct ascenseur en panne avec mes problèmes de santé beaucoup de difficultés. La location ne justifie pas la prix trop élevé les prestations ne sont pas à la hauteur. »

« The apartment was amazing with great views of the Matterhorn and a very large space, with lounge, dinning area, lounge, 2 bedrooms (1 upstairs) and 2 bathrooms, with 4 terraces. There is also a lift to your front door. The staff were great and very helpful and the facilities looked good, although we didn't have time to use them. I would have loved to give the apartment 5 stars, but like the hotel, it needs a bit of maintenance with the blinds, windows and light fittings. »

« Great location, close to the lift for skiing and an easy walk to town. The building is well kept and the caretaker very friendly and helpful. The kitchen is well appointed and modern. When we arrived it was late and I asked about groceries. I was told the store was closed. About 15 minutes later the caretaker arrived with a bag of essentials for the next day!!!! Who could ask for more! I would highly recommend this property. My only reason for not giving it all 5's is the bedding. We did not...
