« Pool was closed which I was looking forward too. The toliet seat in my room was chipping and looked dirty. The bed was super hard and not comfortable at all as well as the pillows were very flat. Nice hotel but could definitely be better. The location was also difficult to find at first as it’s hidden behind other businesses. »

« There a hidden charges when booking for a room. Not sure if Expedia is aware but beside the confirm amount for the room, they will ask for a refundable $100.00 deposit for “amenities “ . This charges should be disclosed upon booking and not during check in. »

« Staff was okay. Went to check in and waited an hr because rooms weren't clean. in my booking I requested a first or second story case of emergency since am in a knee brace I would not be able to take the stairs. A gentleman said he would take care of it and then a woman called me to check whom heard me tell the gentleman and told me I was on the 4th floor. I get in the room with my family for all to shower and we had 2 full sets of towels. My husband went down and was told they had none...

« Absolutely fabulous greeting staff. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. From the night manager to the cleaning staff. I will always stay here when I come to Dallas. I forgot how kind and friendly people can be. My grand daughter passed away, and this trip was not going to be a good one. This staff was just so kind and helpful. Helped make a bad situation actually comfortable. Please thank them. »

« Accueil agréable. Nous avons eu un problème de toilettes pour lequel j’ai dû me débrouiller seul (on m’a fourni une ventouse), car c’était un dimanche. Odeur d’humidité dans la chambre avec obligation de laisser la climatisation tout le temps allumée pour assécher la chambre. »
