« The apartment is an older building, but in an area which was easy to get to and easy to get to downtown Raleigh. I did have to clean the kitchen some before using. The pots had some food residue from a previous renter and there were some sticky spots on counters and tables. One thing which would help renters keep things clean would be to have more dish soap available, there was a small amount in the kitchen, but I had to go purchase dish soap to be able to clean our dishes after eating. « Instructions simple to follow, place is cute, well located close to many restaurants and things to do, and host communication is great. There was a couple of small things like the blind being broken in the kitchen, the bedroom tv being finicky, and a blanket that wasn’t washed (due to some things out of the control of the host). Overall, it’s a great place to stay and definitely recommend due to offered amenities and location. »

« This was a great location and the space was well laid out for two people in two rooms. There are some stairs you have to descend to reach the apartment so be prepared when you arrive to travel down stairs with bags. The host was great at responding to our messages in a very reasonable time. Recommend!! »
