« Had an extended Prospect Wire tournament in the area with my oldest son. The house was PERFECT! The remodel was done really well. The kitchen had everything we needed, the bedrooms were very comfortable and clean. We needed an extra night at the last minute and the host was extremely accommodating with our schedule and our needs. I would recommend this place for anyone looking for a great stay at a great house. »

« Was just as listing said, we had 8 adults and 4 children, all stayed comfortably at the house and it was nicely decorated big pool in backyard along with hot tube. We couldn’t have asked for a better place it was a great stay. »

« We couldn't have been happier with the house.......it was just as nice as advertised in a quiet neighborhood close to lots of shopping and restaurants. The beds were comfortable, the furnishings were very nice, and the pool was very nice (heated just right). The house was well equipped with everything you need for cooking either indoors or outside......the only thing I wish it would have had was bicycles but they did provide kayaks. The property manager was great to work with......communicated...

« It was beautiful especially Boca Grande, went on a charter fish trip which was amazing. The property was also amazing nice dock and canoed the first day it was fun but then we saw a lot of gators but overall would come again! »

« This house was perfect for our Girl's Trip and the ladies kept telling me so. We even canceled two of our planned out events to stay in. Communication via text when we had a mix up at check in was quick and efficient. It was my job to be sure we had enough room to eat together and enjoy a girl's night in.....the dining room did not disappoint. Having the kayaks and life vests available was definitely a bonus! « We enjoyed our stay at this property! The three bedrooms provided plenty of space, and the home was clean and well-maintained. The back patio was a highlight—we loved relaxing there each night and playing cards. It was wonderful that the property was dog-friendly, making it perfect for our family.The pool wasn’t working during our visit (not pumping or heating), but the owner was responsive and kept us informed. A friendly neighbor even tried to assist twice, but since it was a holiday weekend,...

"La réception des clés se faisait via un écran. Aucun contact humain. De plus pas de fruits frais, pas de jus de fruits, aucun plat chaud ni gaufres ou pinckake Donc seulement du gâteau industriel enveloppés ds du papier avec du thé et du café. En conclusion il ne faut pas inclure petit déjeuner inclus mais petit en-cas pour le petit déjeuner. "

"The problem of this hôtel is the noise of the road to the bridge situated just near the room. We can sleep only from midnight to 4 Oclock AM otherwise the noise is terrible. I choose a room with view to the port which was not a good choice. We have not been informed about the noise prior to choose the room. "
