Hotel Gatlinburg

« This was one of the BEST hotels ive ever stayed at. We had the Heirloom Suite. We had a delicious dinner at the resturant downstairs. Will be back! »

« Very nice staff with spacious rooms. Cleaning staff was excellent. Breakfast room was very small and cramped when trying to get food and coffee. Food selections weren't great and the coffee imo was not drinkable but tastes vary. Overall a pleasant stay with wonderful balcony views and sounds. »

« Property was just as advertised. If you want to be off strip away from the hustle and bustle this place is for you! The only negative was a plumbing issue that was handled quickly and professionally. »

« I loved the fact that there was a river right there and we were able to open the back door and sit and just listen to the river flow and see all the wildlife. Mostly birds since there was houses and other hotels close by but overall we will be back again! »

« I had low expectations due to the price of the room, despite having decent reviews. The check in was super easy and staff was very kind and helpful. The rooms were spacious. It was nice to have a balcony and extra room around the kitchenette. The kids loved the pool and the slide! The gas outdoor fire pits were super cool too! Good hot breakfast, with lots of choices! Overall an excellent experience! I wish we would have booked our entire stay here! »

« The location is great!! The pool is nice, but our room you could tell at one point had been updated but the updates were falling apart. Wall trim was falling off and etc. Shower was cold and low pressure.. the elevator needed updated. But it was clean, easy to stay one night. And WiFi was good. »

« Très bon hôtel avec toutes les chambres avec la vue sur la rivière. Hôtel calme avec le personnel très disponible et accueillant. Dommage que la salle du petit déjeuner soit toute petite avec l'obligation de manger dans le hall. »

« Beautiful surroundings close enough to all the “touristy” hotspots and to the shuttle but far enough away that it was very quiet and serene. We brought our furbaby, and she loved the cabin, sitting on the porch and the many new smells of the outdoors! The host was very responsive and helpful anytime I reached out for support. Highly recommend you book a stay here. We plan to visit again! »

« Floors were very dirty and hair was all on the beds and pillows. We went and bought our own sheets and pillows. »

« The property has a great location, is well maintained, and has friendly staff. Beds were super comfy and room felt clean and airy. Food on property was okay - good options very good drinks…what I didn’t appreciate was not being able to access the rooftop after 11pm and not having any late night food options. The pool area downstairs was nice but did not have a bartender on staff during the day which was disappointing - Other than that it was a great experience. »

« Nous avons passé 2 nuits dans cet hôtel. Il est assez proche du Parkway et nous y sommes allés à pieds. La chambre est très grande et donne sur la rivière. C’est calme et les lits sont confortables. Les parties communes mériteraient une rénovation. Le petit déjeuner est bien »

« Even if it’s a lodge, motel, hotel, resort…the main thing that need to be on the top priority of the establishment is the actual confort of sleeping. That being said, the 11pm curfew for the noise level is kind of ridiculous when you are trying to get some rest. I won’t suggest this place to no one. »
