Set within a resort community, this comfortable townhouse is a great fit for families or small groups. It offers 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and a living area with a sofa bed to accommodate up to 6 guests.



Relax in the living room between outings, enjoy a friendly game on the in-home pool table, or fire up the game console. A laptop-friendly workspace and WiFi make it easy to check email or plan your next adventure. Step outside to an outdoor seating area for fresh mountain air. When it’s time to refresh, in-unit laundry keeps packing light and simple.



As part of the resort, you’ll have access to communal amenities including pools, a sauna, a tennis court, and a half basketball court.

Important Things to Note

• Stairs: This is a second-floor unit. Stairs are required to access the home.

• Parking: Drive through the resort to the rear driveway and park in one of the two dedicated free spots before heading to the second-floor unit. No additional parking beyond what’s described.

• WiFi: WiFi is provided; however, due to our rural mountain location, speed and reliability can vary and are not guaranteed.

• Pets: This home is not pet friendly. Please do not bring pets. Evidence of pets may result in additional cleaning fees.

• Communal amenities: Pools, sauna, tennis, and half basketball court are shared within the resort community.

• Laundry: Private washer and dryer are included in the unit.

• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.

• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!

• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.

• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.

Location logistics: It’s about a 5-minute drive to Gatlinburg highlights including the Space Needle, Ripley’s Aquarium of the Smokies, and Anakeesta.
