Very nice place, we loved it! The view is spectacular and we were so close to the Ober sky tram that you could talk to the people on it! But, the tram is quiet. Its very quiet and peaceful. Drive up the mountain is very easy. Layout of house is great! Lots of entertainment in the game/movie room. Yes, we saw Bears and on the property but no worries. Just beautiful creatures in their habitat. Only drawback is the bathrooms are very small and uncomfortable but we managed. Hope to visit again!

Property was clean & was a great location, saw a lot of bears! Driveway a little awkward & WiFi not good. Check in process was not good.Cabin had been sold to another company so the entry number we were sent didn't work. Had to call & finally got the right code

Very nice house. You couldnt ask for anything more. It had all kitchen necessities. Game room was fun. Huge TV downstairs was amazing. Hot tub was perfect and clean.

Owners so responsive and pleasant to communicate with. My 3 boys loved the pool table, air hockey and other games. We all enjoyed sitting in the hot tub after long mountain hikes. Book the house you won’t regret it!

My family and I loved this house and the location. It was quiet and secluded with a great view from the top floor. We saw several bears in the area including a mama bear with 3 cubs. My only suggestion would be to get blackout/room darkening shades for the bedrooms especially the master. The sun comes up and shines directly through them at 6am and fully lighting up the room. Otherwise we loved it!

We had a great time! The house is beautiful and has everything that you need. The kids loved the game room. Pop a shot, skee ball, air hockey, pool, arcade game. Hot tub was clean! Beds were comfy. Bathrooms were plenty big enough. The most amazing part was the view! Especially from the top deck. Literally no complaints! Will definitely rent again

This house was everything and more than what we could have hoped for with our group! 5 stars for bedroom setup (2 kings!), game room, cleanliness, organization, property management communication, location...it had it all! It was our oasis from the very busy city center. And we greatly appreciated the Christmas decor--it got us ready for the holidays and even inspired me to decorate when we got home. Thank you for an amazing mini getaway!

Beautiful property! Everything went smoothly and the property was perfect! Communication was wonderful and prompt when needed! Gorgeous views and we enjoyed it. My grand children loved the basketball game and air hockey on the bottom floor! Hot tub was relaxing! Absolutely no complaints, just 1 suggestion to have a blind in the room with the 4 bunk beds. There is no cabin out that side but I know my family would of liked a blind on the window. Not a deal breaker by no means. Fireplaces were amazing. Top master bedroom runs warmer but comfortable. Bears met us on the first day and at checkout at 3 AM when we left for home also. Big Mama and her 3 larger cubs. When they say 4 wheel recommend they mean it. We have one and used it but the roads were wet when we arrived and I could see where it may be an issue if you didn’t have it. Beautiful area and we have stayed in this area several times and this place has amazing views! Felt like home even if it were only a few days! Tons of soft comfy throw blankets and every comfort of home. Highly recommend and would return if available when needed!

We come to the area often and were simply glad to have found this jewel. Extremely clean and comfortable with beautiful views. I was skeptical about booking when I read something about the HVAC, but there are 2 units in the home and temperature was not a problem at all. VERY comfortable beds for a restful sleep. Well equipped kitchen and a lot of attention to detail towards guest comfortable stay (throws, pillows, coffee maker upstairs, etc); and towards guest safety (Outdoor security cámara, bear barrier at lower level balcony for safe bear sightings). Gaming room was great for family bonding—great for all ages.Great stay! ♥️

This cabin was amazing. The views were spectacular and the cabin smelled brand new! Everything was clean and just as listed in the pictures online! The host was fast and super responsive to any questions or issues we had which was very helpful and much appreciated. We had a couple bear sightings while on our trip which was so exciting to see from our balcony. This cabin is in a perfect location to where you still feel like you’re in a quiet part of nature but yet you’re not too far from all the places we wanted to explore in Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. The host has went above and beyond on this big gem!! We’d definitely recommend this cabin to anyone looking to stay in Gatlinburg.

This cabin was awesome! The owners have thought of all details from the perfect family games to include to high end finishes, decor and comfy furniture and blankets. I have been to rentals where these things were skimped on and this was not the case here. We are big on having a clean rental and they did a great job cleaning! Amazing views and we enjoyed the firepit and hot tub so much! Thanks again for the great accommodations!

Gorgeous view where you are literally on top of the mountain, plus there are many bears for you to safely see on the protected balconies. Highly recommend for families and anyone looking to have a restful stay. Owner was very helpful and kind.

Overall beautiful views and property. However, there needs to be separate HVAC units to control all three levels. There is only one, and that made it uncomfortable for guests. Also, more attention needs to be paid to removing large, long-standing cobwebs and spider webs with active large spiders. The glass windows need to be cleaned to enjoy the views. There needs to be more warnings about the existence of bears and cubs roaming freely around the property. This happens often, twice per day. Could also use more cooking utensils and pots/pans/skillets.

This is the first time our family stayed in a cabin and it didn’t disappoint!! We normally stay on the strip, but wanted to try something new. This cabin was spectacular!! It was beautifully decorated, extremely clean, comfortable, had amazing views, and had enough room for everyone to spread out. The kids enjoyed all the games. The drive to the cabin was easy and close to downtown Gatlinburg. We really enjoyed our stay and will be back to this cabin again soon. Thanks for the memories!

Had a great weekend getaway here. The view was amazing!!! The property was clean with updated amenities. Kids loved the 1st level play area. Even saw a black bear on the side of the house the morning of check-out. Communication was great. This place has it all!! We will definitely be back!

This cabin had it all for our family! There was plenty of space for all of us! The game/movie room was perfect for the kids and adults alike, and the multiple deck levels provided ample space for everything we needed. The Host was amazing to work with during our stay. Cabin was fully equipped and very clean. The only issue we had was the checkin/checkout times listed on VRBO did not align with the actual times. However, this was minor and VRBO and the Host were working together on correcting this. The drive up the mountain is steeper than I would have thought, but then again, when you are staring at the top of a mountain sunrise, how else do you get up that high?! :)

We were two families of five who met up in Gatlinburg to vacation a few days together. The cabin was neat and clean and had great space. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need! The Game Room was perfect for teenagers and adults as well. It was so nice to have coffee on the back deck in the morning and a glass of wine in the evening. I highly recommend this beautiful, spacious cabin to anyone looking for a getaway.

Absolutely gorgeous cabin! Everything was top notch and beautiful decor and furnishings! Enjoyed the 3 large decks, the hot tub, the gas grill, the beautiful view, and the game room! Also enjoyed having an Alexa for music, etc. The beds were so comfortable and loved the comfy warm blankets. The roads were somewhat scary getting to the cabin but after awhile we got used to them. Also saw quite a few bears which was so exciting and a little frightening. We also really enjoyed the pools! We had a wonderful time! There cabin will not disappoint! Excellent!

First visit to the Smoky Mountains did not disappoint. Our family is less touristy and more into hiking and spending time in the woods and this house was the perfect retreat! The most amazing views of Gatlinburg and the valley from any of the 3 decks. Game room, bunk room and media room were huge hits for our four kids ages 5-13. Tremendous thought and detail went into all aspects of this house - from the open concept layout, hot tub views, bathrooms, comfortable furniture and high end fixtures. An added bonus was a momma bear and three little cubs who put on a show for us in the driveway. Close enough to town if you need anything but far (and HIGH) enough away from traffic and crowds with easy access to the park. Definitely staying here again when we come back!
