„We really enjoyed our three night stay at the cozy bear condo on top of the mountain in the Gatlinburg area. The condo was lovely, clean, quiet and stocked with all the kitchen appliances towels, bedding, toiletries, games everything you could need to enjoy a quiet, peaceful mountain getaway. The pool and hot tub were wonderful and the property was well maintained. It was just a quick 10 minute drive down the mountain to be right in town. We even got to see a few bears a coyote and some wild ...

„Would def again stay again! Room was as described, The mattress was a little too soft but all in all great place to stay for visiting Gatlinburg. Super close walk to main strip and the bypass incase you want to avoid the in town traffic to get out.“

„Place could have been cleaner, wood floor turned out feet black from walking on it. There was a lot of dust. The plug ins are loose in the bedrooms so it hard to charge your phone. Everything was nice though otherwise. One thing we noticed was there was no toaster or oven pans/ baking sheets. Great location.“

„The hosts were incredibly accommodating and flexible for our stay. We had changes in schedules due to being there for a dance competition (if you know you know) and they were responsive and helpful all along the way. Would stay again“

„Had a great time First evening there were 2 bears at our front doorSaw bears every other day.Might be wise to warn visitors not to feed bears“

„Walt communicated often and was very prompt. The property has a great view with nice balcony furniture. The appliances were very modern and the beds were comfortable. This a a very nice condo. If I was in the market for buying a condo this would be it. The free trolley for Gatlinburg is just down the hill which makes it very convenient for users. Parking was ample and designated for each unit and you get two spaces per unit.“
