« The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We traveled to Geneva for the Ironman race and so we had to wake up super early. The hotel staff had arranged “grab-and-go” bags for the athletes to have breakfast at 4am. They also made the breakfast nook available so we could use the toaster, microwave coffeemaker and hot water for those of us that had packed our breakfast essentials. Thank you to the Microtel team for going above and beyond !!! »

« Despite the COVID-19 restrictions and difficulties that comes with it, Belhurst castle was so pleasant. We had dinner at both restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and was very beautiful. The breakfast was wonderful for what they could do. We also spent time in the gift shop and the staff was very well versed and gave advice when asked. We will definitely be staying here again. »
