« Overall we really enjoyed our stay at this cabin. We really liked the layout and the location. There were a few issues however. When we first arrived it was cold because they don't have a thermostat to control the heat. It took a little while before the floor board heaters heated up the house. « The house has real potential, but also has real problems. It needs some maintenance in a major way. The toilet won’t flush. The faucet in the bathtub fell off. The grill had not been cleaned in so long that it broke out into a fire. When communicated these problems with the host, the response was I’m sorry for the inconvenience. We will have our handyman fix it after you leave. Frankly, I wanted it fixed while we were there. They also did not provide the necessary materials for cleaning dishes....

« The property definitely felt pet friendly and the fenced in small backyard was a plus. The hot tub was old and needed some care. While we did enjoy it, both my husband and I were itchy in it- he felt the chemicals weren t balanced properly...Host very responsive - he lives next door. »
