You have uninterrupted 180 degree views from Crooked River on the right to Black Head on the left incorporating the view along the stretch of Seven Mile Beach to Coolangatta Mountain, Shoalhaven Heads and beyond. Direct water access is from the rear of the property.

The house can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people for an amazing waterfront family holiday experience.
The property has plenty of space over two levels. Upstairs features open plan living, dining and kitchen with stone benchtops, wall oven and microwave, cooktop, integrated fridges and dishwasher. A large balcony runs the entire length of the house where alfresco dining can be enjoyed. Upstairs has 2 bedrooms with built in robes, a bathroom with separate toilet.

Downstairs has two more bedrooms, lounge area, bathroom with separate toilet and a separate internal laundry. There is a kitchenette leading to an expansive deck to enjoy or just the peace and quiet as you take in the spectacular views.

You can enjoy your beach holiday all year round with gas heating upstairs and down, ceiling fans in all bedrooms.
Local activities include coastal walks, Seven Mile Beach National Park, kayak hire nearby, wineries, surfing and snorkeling literally at your back door, golf course 5 minutes away, local surf lessons for the kids, fabulous cafes and restaurants locally and at Berry 15 minutes away.

Bedroom 1 is set up as two king singles by default. On request, we can provide a super king doona, and beds can be pushed together if required.

Please Note: It is a condition of booking that all guests’ names and contact details are provided at the time of booking, as well as any later guests invited to attend the property.
On the day of key collection a security deposit of AUD $1,000.00 will be held on the provided credit card. This block will usually be lifted within 7-10 working days after departure (conditions apply).

Peak Season :
All our properties have a designated changeover to best manage cleaning. We don't schedule arrivals on public holidays.
