« Due to maintenance issues at this location we were temporarily moved to a different apartment (studio apt over a block). We were then moved to a 1 bedroom 1 bath just a block over. The final apt on W Lexington and Liberty was gorgeous and met all our amenities and more. Property Manager, Derek, was very attentive and did everything he could to make our vacation enjoyable. « I waited hours before I was able to get it touch with host. Actually Vrbo managed to contact host who finally sent someone over to give me access to an apartment. The apartment was nothing like it was described. In fact it was in another building several blocks away. I purposely did not want carpeting (I have terrible alergies) which is why I selected this VIVO apartment. The apartment I got was not even in the same building and all the rooms except the kitchen and bathroom were carperted....
