« When we checked in the receptionist was very nice and helpful. She moved us to a handicap room, my wife uses a walker and needs a shower chair. Room was roomy and very clean. Bed was very comfortable. »

« The front staff was outstanding and very helpful. This place is convenient to all major rroads and easy to navigate. Hotel price was under $100 but everything was great. Hot breakfast in morning was very good. Will stay here again. »

« The rooms were absolutely disgusting. Stains on the sheets and blankets. The landscape has not been maintained, property looked abandoned. Could never find anyone at the front desk. The continental breakfast consisted of cold cereal. No milk, juice or any other options. Coffee was ice cold and tasted like it was 4 days old. Hallways smelled like a dispensary and everytime we left and came back our room smelled like cigarettes. »

« We arrived and the room did not smell well. They brought some room spray and that helped. We also saw hair in the bathtub but we were so tired from traveling, we placed towels on the bottom of the tub and then realized the shower didn’t drain well which is probably why there was hair in the shower. We just went to bed and left in the morning. »

« Room smelled like a sewer and sheets were soiled. Avoid this one if you can. »

« We had booked 2 rooms. One room smelled like smoke horribly. The other rooms bathroom had a horrible leak shooting up to the ceiling and the shower curtain was moldy. The floor was soft so the water has been damaging the bathroom for awhile. Stains in sheets and burn holes in blankets. »

« the toilet was broken entire stay and after reporting it, we never saw any staff again. doors locked to office with a sign and number. called the number for a voicemail and no return call. Last night we had no housekeeping and clean towels. No one to help us. Power went off for 2 1/2 hours in a very hot room. Cant get any help from Expedia at all, or the hotel. Bad service from both. »

« Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean. The only thing that is a negative is that the hotel is very close to a busy intersection and there is a lot of traffic noise. »

« When speaking to the staff about the pet charges mentioned on Expedia for their property, he was pretty defensive about it rather than trying to understand my where I was coming from. Although I was fine with their pet charge policy in the end, it would have been nice for the man to listen more rather than tell me that Expedia is more concerned about making money off of each hotel rather than partnering with them. »

« It had a fire and the reception area was disgusting. The staff person was cold and offered us to view the room first. We did and it was nasty. We choose to take a refund and left. »
