The grass needed to be mowed and there were some electrical issues, a lamp in the bedroom had a short in it, the wall outlets did not all work, outside lights in back by fire pit didn’t work. « David was very responsive. We had a situation that came up with the house and when I called he immediately handled the issue. The house is very cute and cozy. It was my mom and I which we were there to visit the Ark and museum. Everything was great. I would recommend bringing food as there are not many options for eating. »
