« Probably the best property in Amarillo. There were 2 concerns on this visit. Really not a big deal. First we reserved a king room and ended up with 2 queens. Second concern was someone on our floor had 2 big dogs that like to bark when the owners were not present. Really thin walls. »

« We booked this hotel because it stated on Expedia that they had a pool. After check in and getting the kids ready to swim, we were told there was no pool. Expedia said there was nothing they could do, the hotel refused a refund. I understand a no refund policy, but that agreement was made on the promise of amenities made by the hotel and Expedia. You become on hostage of the situation on site.
