« Went over to Dreammore for the buffet at dinner. Every item on the buffet was delicious. Normally buffet food is , well just buffet food, but on all their items they knocked it out of the park. »

The hotel was amazing, but absolutely packed with pre-teen/teen kids who made the adult vibe of the rooftop bar & restaurant feel more like a Frankies' Fun Park. « I love ALL Staybridge Suite Hotels, but this one is AMAZING! Full buffet breakfast ( included in room price), Social Hour providing 2 alcohol/drinks to each guest of age- provided M-W in the evening around 5:30 -7 pm. Fully stocked kitchenette including stainless steel full size fridge, dishwasher, dishes, glasses, flatware and a cooktop stove with 2 burners. ( there is a trick to turning them on, so just ask the staff) . My room had a balcony with 2 chairs/small table... Most impressive...

« This is our go to place to stay in Pigeon Forge. I will not stay anywhere else. Reasonably priced, close to everything without fighting traffic to get into the hotel. Always clean. Comfy beds and pillow. »

« I found this inn on Expedia on the day we stayed and we couldn't have been happier. It's located out in the country with great views, run by the same friendly family for over 20 years. It has character and is nicely appointed. The highlights were numerous: away from the bustle of Pigeon Forge and Sevierville; a "temptation station" with snacks and beverages available 24 hours a day; full service cooked breakfast (scrambled eggs and chicken waffles the day we were there). « Property was nice and mostly clean. We had some broken TV stand doors in our room and there was plasticware left inbetween the wall and one of the beds. Our suite was spacious enough for 7 people and the double bathroom was very helpful with 5 kids. Housekeeping made the beds and refilled towels while we were out. « The hotel room was small but clean. They needed an alarm clock and more countertops. The bath was clean but the shower leaked over 1/3 of the floor when in use. My husband mentioned the problem to the from desk and was told that it would be addressed but never was. »

« I didn’t like the fact that they charge you $15 per night to park your car. I mean, where else are you supposed to park? They also go ahead and put a $125 charge on your credit card in case you need anything (ie. room service). Yes you get if back if you don’t use the card…… I prefer my money to be taken only if I use services or make purchases, not held on ransom “just in case”. Other than that, it was a nice stay. Room was very clean and staff very friendly ! »
