„I thought the place was as described in the description of the property. The place was comfortable and spacious. My family and myself didn’t have any issues while staying in the property. Great location and is very close to all the places to visit while in Santiago.“

„I checked in and found that the hot water and WiFi were not working in the unit. Contacted the host. Said they would send people up to fix it. Maintenance never came. Thinking it was maybe a little late contacted him again the next day with no response. Asked for a partial refund which was refused by the host. Unit also had a few other inconveniences. The master bedroom shower was incredible, and having a washer and dryer was a huge plus during our stay.
