« We returned to the same cabin 3 years later. In addition to swimming and hiking right at the property, we took an afternoon trip to Stowe and another to Burlington. Back at the cabin, we enjoyed a family fun night playing pool, air hockey, darts, and cornhole in the basement. We also cooked several meals in the well stocked kitchen. The cabin serves as a comfortable home base to explore Vermont! »

« Our friends have a cabin in Roxbury and we were looking to stay in our own space, but to be near by. We loved our little cottage in the woods. The brook along the mountainside and the paths in the woods were lovely. The carriage house was larger than expected and wish we had the time to stay longer. Thanks for having us! »

« This chalet holds secret joys. Very unassuming in its appearance, the thoughtfulness of the layout and amenities really shined through. We especially enjoyed the bedroom window situation: so much morning light and air!! Its proximity to local attractions is perfect - easy distance from swimming, hikes, and food. I’m already looking for next year. This place is a treasure. »

« This house was the perfect place for a family gathering. It was an architectural dream! The view from the wrap around desk was amazing and the gas fireplace was warm and cozy. The kitchen was extremely well stocked--we lacked for nothing. The house itself offered rooms for large family gatherings while also offering private spaces if someone wanted some quiet time. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone who is interested. In fact, we are trying to find a time next year that we can all...

« Generally good. Our granddaughter and her husband and two of Julie’s cousins stayed there. They had all their meals at our house so didn’t use the kitchen. The only negative was a bag of garbage on the porch from the last rental that hadn’t been picked up yet. Everything in the house itself was very clean and neat. »
