„We've stayed here before as well, and both times the staff was very friendly and accommodating. They are renovating and it was still clean and quiet (on a Sunday). The breakfast was great for our picky teens, there was something for us all!“

„The hot tubs were "temporarily out of order" but appeared to have been unused for a long time. No towels in the pool room even if we wanted to swim. The outside of the building had something loose and all night long we heard something flapping and making noise.“

„The garbages were overflowing out front and had an awful smell. Someone had left a huge garbage bag and pizza boxes out by the elevator it was there during our entire stay. The air conditioner was so loud but if you didn’t have it on the room was so hot. There was so much trash and puke around the pool area. The video games they offered were all scratched up and kept glitching.“

„The check-in was good.. very good staff.we stayed 2 nights. When we checked in we were told the hot tub was not working ( main reason why we booked here) we were told we could go across to the sister hotel and use the hot tub there.Did not want to do that. After about an hour or so an employee said it was working. The breakfast Saturday morning was good . Sunday’s breakfast hardly had anything there ( I arrived at 8:30-9:00) breakfast is served until 10am. Very disappointed.. and if you are ...
