« The house is lovely -old, but nice. Unfortunately the TV in one bedroom did not work and did not get response when inquiring with host. Pet friendly -and listed with “dog park” but doesn’t clarify that the dog park is across the busy road at the motel property. Needed to reach an extension cord under bed and realized it was quite dusty/hair where a quick swifter wipe would have been appreciated. « Our stay was wonderful! The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the whole property was very family-friendly. « Super new and clean. Loved the open floor plan for visiting after our hikes in Acadia. Beds were very comfortable. House did not lack in any necessities. It was about a 35 minute drive to Bar Harbor and Acadia. Not exactly easy to run back to the house if you wanted a mid day break, but we knew the location when we booked and enjoyed the quietness of neighborhood. The host was extremely responsive.
