Further to your comment regarding the internet and phone we would like to inform you that due to the island's signal malfunction they may not work as it should. However, this is an issue that the whole island deals with and not only our hotel. We do regret that our breakfast was not in line with your personal expectations. Furthermore, in regards of the rooms and our facilities, please be informed that our property’s photo Gallery describes all the Room Types and facilities in detail. Additionally, please be informed that the room control is a routine for our property, the rooms are getting controlled from the housekeeping and the maintenance department as well as from the management department. Lastly, as well that from the very first moment the staff provided you information about the island we did informed you that there is indeed a restaurant on a walking distance of 1 minute (not highly recommended from our property since we did not have any specific taste experience at this restaurant) and a second restaurant we highly recommend on a walking distance of 15 minutes.
