« This is a neat, small house, that while a bit dated in decor, was very comfortable and clean for an overnight reunion of "senior" friends from high school. It provided us with the space to sit and reminisce and catch up on each other's lives. « This was a very nice new construction home for my wife and I. The home was very neat, clean and well stocked for a rental with all the basics. The one thing that we suspected from the pictures was confirmed when we arrive; this is a studio layout. By that I mean the one bed is located in the living room and open to kitchen and front foyer.
