Check in and Breakfast staff were very friendly and helpful, many thanks an Alfany and his team at the breakfast buffet, it was delicious. A lot of restaurants with great food also in the nearby shopping mall.

Ascott Waterplace Surabaya
The rooms are nice and comfortable. The kitchen is good equipped. The bathroom is very nice. The A/C can be more silent, other then that it's a good hotel just next to a big shoping mall.
