« Entiendo que la dueña es una estadounidense pero el alojamiento está en Costa Rica, por lo que al no hablar español el idioma nativo de mi país Costa Rica se hizo algo complicado el tema de la comunicación, posterior cuando llegamos al lugar nadie nos recibió, el lugar no está a 15 minutos de playa Carrillo como lo indica y tampoco se indica que está en una montaña por lo que no me pareció correcto que se omitieran esos detalles y sobre todo lo más molesto la piscina estaba sucia y no tenía luz...
