Starting with points to improve :
- Room not cosy, lacking furniture to store our clothes and things even though there is room for one or two additional drawers
-Bed mattress in parent room not comfortable. Very thin.
-Room was cold - in particular the bathroom - even though heaters were at maximum.
-Ski depot is in basement meaning that there is a stair to climb to reach the slope, which is not easy when wearing ski boots particularly for...

« Rooms are satisfactory and some face the town and mount Kazbegi, offering amazing views. The lift is a little awkward to access as it starts on the first floor, rather than the ground floor, so people with heavy luggage or mobility issues may experience some problems.
