The Space:
RIVERSIDE WITH SWEEPING PANORAMIC RIVER VIEWS
With big river views from nearly every window, this well presented four bedroom cottage is in an elevated position and a great location. Spectacular views directly down the Moore River and a front balcony setting to take it all in. Fully equipped with RC aircon to living area and ceiling fans to all bedrooms, the house accommodates up to eight in comfort. Jarrah timber floors throughout and open plan living area, this well maintained Beach House also has a spacious yard and BBQ.

Note while the house is fully equipped, you will need to bring sheets, pillow slips and towels.

Guest Access:
The keys are located in a keysafe at the house, so you can let yourself in when you arrive.

The Neighborhood:
Located opposite Moore river along the riverside road, river access is via bush tracks leading down to the river's edge.
The General Store and Country club are a few hundred metres along the road. The rear of the property is opposite the golf fairways.

Other Things to Note:
MICROWAVE - When the power has been turned off the clock needs to be set before it can be used. To do this you push the time and then press clock. The clock is then set. To use the microwave you push power first, then set the time, then press start.
OIL HEATER - small oil heater in living area.
