Great house!!! Needs a few things though...

We had 12 women on our trip. The house was great but there are a few things that need to be addressed. 1. The "coffee" cups were actually soup cups. Waaaaaay too big for a cup of coffee. We donated 12 regular coffee mugs - enjoy! 2. There is black mold in the upstairs bathroom ceiling. Please have someone take a look and repair. It's gross. 3. SAFETY CONCERN: several of the railings on the deck facing the pool are not attached and need to be replaced. A small child could easily fall through. Please fix this ASAP. 4. Not a big deal, but the solar lights on the walkway and around the pool in the backyard were knocked out of their spots so there was no lighting. This can easily be fixed if someone were paying attention to the outdoor aesthetics. Overall our experience was lovely. I mention the above so that the owner is aware, especially the deck railing.

Perfect family vacay!

We have stayed at this property twice and just love it. The kids love having their private pool and fishing off the back deck. The fish bite as soon as your line hits the water. It is very spacious inside and out. A nice swing and picnic table on the bottom patio. There are many golf carts around the neighborhood. You can rent or bring your own. The house is 20 minutes from town. Give this property a try and I’m sure you will love it!

Lovely area - private, quiet and relaxing.

The house is lovely and appeared recently redecorated. We enjoyed our stay .. it was clean. Beds comfy. We found the living area small for a 5-bedroom home- but, we didn’t go to sit in the living area so it was ok. Our other consideration was the in-law suite is outside entrance so kind of removed from the others and a main floor secondary bedroom has 2 queen beds in it but no room to turn sideways otherwise and a bathroom access is outside the bedroom (living area access). -It did have a shower. Might not be an issue but good to be aware of. The kids loved the bunk area. The listing says a 5-minute walk to beach but that’s not quite the case. Try more like nearer to 15 
 It’s further and only one beach access that we found. It wasn’t hot while we were there so we were glad. We tried to walk thru another access area that was closer and were met by a woman running out of the house and yelling “no,no,no”
. and refused access as it was “her house”. We felt the development should’ve had better beach access for rentals/off beach renters. The access we found had no parking area 
. So hauling beach gear is an issue to be aware of. Another resident apologized for the woman’s behavior and a renter near graciously allowed us to the beach. We had a problem with a plumbing leak - called the emergency number on Saturday and received a callback on Monday. Thankfully, it wasn’t a huge leak. The callback advised they were aware of the leak and planning to get it repaired tho we didn’t know that, of course. The pool was very nice and the little fishing dock cute. Kids caught a couple fish and enjoyed turtles! Our kids enjoyed fishing off of it. Overall, a nice property- loved the porches, and the weather was perfect! A table on the deck outside the kitchen or front porch would’ve been great for our family to expand eating space. The dining table seated 6. Our first stay at this area - it was nice and there’s a small grocery and a Dollar General nearby. Enjoy!

Extended family trip, had a blast

Great location, we probably spent more time in the pool than anything. Highlights include well stocked kitchen, kureg/coffee maker, dishwasher. The kitchen had tons of plates, cups, mugs, utensils for an extended family. There were lots of pool toys and yard games available and the beach chairs and wagon were a huge plus. The space is attractive. We did a family photoshoot and we have great memories to last forever. Inside, it was very clean, not quite as spacious as the pictures would depict, I think because wide angle lenses that are necessary to capture all of the amenities. We had plenty of room though. Couple of things that I learned, however, the walk to the beach is farther than you would think. This is a beach neighborhood with one communal entry way to the beach. The closest access in the map would have been through private property and judging by the many signs, this has been a problem in the past. So communal access to the beach is more like half a mile. Walkable, but with grand parents and small children we ended up dropping off with cars... there isn't a bunch of space to park cars at the beach access either. So this is just an FYI but not a deal breaker. Host was extremely easy to work with and communicative. We enjoyed our stay, would definitely come back again next year

Cousins Reunion

The home is lovely and spacious. We had 12 people and did not feel crowded. We enjoed feeding fish off the properties pier (and watching the antics of the quite small alligator). Many hours were enjoyed in the pool. The lights made this a great might activity for kids and teens. It is a ten minute walk to public access to the beach. We usually had one person drive and drop off people and gear and then walk back. This property was perfect for our reunion.

Beautiful home with privacy, fantastic pool and great bream fishing for kids!

My family vacationed here with 7 adults and 3 kids. The home was more than adequate to fit all of our needs and has a well stocked kitchen. The kids loved the pool! It is a heated pool and we loved that the “deep end” wasn’t real deep. My 9 yr old could touch on his tip toes. You can watch the kids in the pool from the 2nd floor balcony if you wish. The pier is great for kids! Quick catch and release! We did that all day every day. The beach is not too far from the house. We enjoyed that a lot too. Not too crowded and the water was really clear. The house has beach chairs we could borrow and that was nice. Brandon is a wonderful person to deal with and always responds back quickly. We would love to go back and would definitely recommend for families! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
