Disappointed

1st 2 days were wonderful! Very easy checkin. The 3rd day we had no hot water at the kitchen sink. We repotrted it & it was fixed within 3 hrs!But that's when problems began. We had smoke alarms going off all through the house during the night . I contacted host & got that problem remedied finaly. On 4th day no hot water on 3rd floor. We reported and no one came until the next day only to be told they could not fix it until next day. Well we got hot water for 1 shower and it went out again. I reported it again and was told those things just happen and we never had hot water again on 3rd level. So with all the problems and having to wait on service men, missing vacation time I can easily say it was the worst vaction we have ever had! What made it worse was the company overseeing our vacation rental told us that these things just happen. No true apology at all! They also quit responding to calls/texts etc & everyone on third level simply had no hot water... Beautiful home but very poor management of it!

Awesome House for a Large Group

We loved that every couple/family could have their own bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and pots and pans but no condiments or spices. The pool was a real hit and the beach was easily accessible. We loved the decks too.

Grandma’s Getaway

The property was just as described. The view was absolutely incredible, and the location was perfect and convenient to restaurants and other attractions. Having the elevator was wonderful for luggage, groceries, and for those not comfortable using the stairs. The property manager was very quick to remedy an issue with the heating upon arrival.We would definitely consider renting this property again! Some ideas for future additions might be a juice squeezer for the kitchen and added mirrors in the bedrooms. All in all it was a lovely stay and beautiful house!

Weekend with friends!

We booked this house for our combined Bach trip! We had 7 couples total in the group and this house was perfect! Everyone had their own in suite bathroom! The elevator is amazing especially when having to unload! I can’t recommend this house enough. The location is perfect and it was amazing just being able to walk straight to the beach. It even has a nice walkway down to the beach. We would love to come back here! Two refrigerators and two dishwashers made it so nice with all of the food needed for our large group. The only regret I have is not making the trip longer.

Exactly as listed

We felt it was exactly as it was listed. We all enjoyed this property and would def consider again when coming back to this location. We’ve stayed at many places and this met all of our expectations. We did not have to go out and buy anything except what we needed and of course the extra paper towels, garbage bags, etc… which is expected.

4th Family Vaca

The property was amazing. 2 fridges, an elevator, big table on the patio to hang out outside….. all perfect for a big family get together. The dock gave us the perfect spot on the beach. Property management was super communicative and quick to resolve two issues that came up while we were there. Highly recommend this house!!

Family Fun

The house was beautiful, clean and was perfect for a large family. The beach access was right off the deck. The kitchen was fully stocked with essentials to cook meals. It is a great place to stay!

Spring Break Get Away

Tip Sea Beach House was everything anyone would want in a beach house. It was a perfect location for a family trip to the beach. We were worried about spring breakers and maybe not family friendly, Not so, the college kids were wonderful and friendly. There was not a lot of partying on beach or over crowded. The home was perfect for our large group. We had babies, toddlers, a teenager and it worked well for all. There was nothing missing. The owners made sure the pool was warm for kids to swim upon our request. We all agreed it was the best beach house we had rented so far and we will be back.

Clean and Spacious

Our group of 15 friends and family really enjoyed our stay at Tip Sea. There was plenty of room and the tall ceilings added to the feeling of spaciousness! The whole house was well appointed and very clean and loved having two refrigerators, ovens and dishwashers. The decks and proximity to the beach were amazing and the communication with Kaiser was outstanding!

Great for large groups!

This house was perfect for our party of 20! Everyone had their own space. The 2 refrigerators and 2 dishwashers were great since we ate in a lot. The pool heater didn’t work but we were told that in advance. The location is great too!

Family Fun

Tip Sea was a great place for gathering family from across the country. Having private en suites was a big plus. We all enjoyed our stay. Located right on the beach was ideal for catching the sunrise each morning. Loved the covered deck areas. A few outdoor chairs could use some repairs. I would come back again.

Perfect for our staff retreat !!

We had a great time at Tip Sea. We came with our pediatric dental staff for our annual retreat and it was a perfect fit for us !! It had everything we needed for our group of 16 . We loved the location as well. Being right on the beach was so nice !! The 2 refrigerators and 2 dishwashers were very helpful . Everyone had plenty of space. We are already talking about booking for next year . It did not disappoint !

Perfect

My family (21 of us) stayed here to celebrate my parents 40th anniversary. It was the perfect house for our family. It had everything we needed and made for perfect family memories and also was large enough for each of us to have personal space. It was perfect! Loved being right on the beach.

Perfect house for friends and family

So glad to have stumbled across this property. We were looking at old pictures and then read it had been rebuilt and it is beautiful! It has a PERFECT beach house vibe, so bright and cool. Large enough for our group to spread out and have their own spaces. I hope we’re lucky enough to rent it again. Managers were great. Had daily contact with us. Very helpful.

Excellent Spring Break Home

Tip Sea exceeded our expectations. The pictures were accurate to how the rooms were laid out and decorated, but the whole home felt even larger than it looked. We had 20 adults in our group and it never felt too crowded. Would recommend to another group of adults or even a large family on vacation. The only thing I would change is more cleaning supplies provided for the duration of the stay and more bath linens. Overall it was a great experience!!
