We loved our stay. The house was perfect for our group of nine. The kitchen is wonderfully equipped. The views, especially the sunsets are spectacular. The pool was warm and Charles, the manager was very responsive to all our needs. Wonderful house.

Kitchen was fully equipped. Plenty of room for everyone to sleep. May want to fix the rug under table, it was a tripping hazard to us old people and due to change of weather I guess, the pool wasn’t heated. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Thanks.

Beautiful home! It was perfect for our large family to gather for Thanksgiving. We had a minor issue with a toilet leaking during our stay - although he was notified late at night, the host responded immediately and had it repaired in a timely manner. Would highly recommend this house (and this host) for your next vacation.

The kitchen was well thought out. We had plenty of dishes and having 2 of almost every appliance was good. The host was extremely responsive. My one suggestion would be to change the wording of bedrooms. There are actually 8, not 9. The bunk beds in the open area was being counted as a bedroom. We had to re-think where we were putting everyone once we got there and discovered that. But we made it work. The place is beautiful and well maintained. Super location away from crowds. We had 7 couples and a million (felt like) children. Ages were 1 to 88. Everyone had a blast.

This was such a great property! Highly recommend it!! The kitchen was stocked perfectly with plenty of space. We had 17 people and couldn't have asked for a better spot. I was impressed with the extra bath towels, blankets, books, puzzles and even pool toys provided. An amazing time was had and if you are ever in this area and need a place to stay, book this one. You will not be dissapointed.

This is the perfect home for a large gathering. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to prepare a meal or just order in. The bedrooms are great with bathrooms attached to each. The pool on the 2nd level makes it even more perfect. Even an outdoor kitchen by the pool and coffee bar on the 3rd floor.

This property was wonderful for our whole family to be together for our 50th anniversary celebration. We had 24 people and there was plenty of room for us all.It is well equipped for a large group. The kitchen was designed well with 2 stoves, 2 refrigerators, 2 dishwashers and even had plenty of dishes to accommodate all! The ice makers were a nice addition too.The location was wonderful with having both the lagoon and the gulf right there to enjoy. Everyone enjoyed the private heated pool as well. It was also close to many restaurants.Charles was great! He always replied right away to any issues or questions.Our whole family loved our stay at “ Eventide” and would love to come back again!

What an amazing place! We had 12 adults stay at this gem. We had plenty of space and can’t wait to go back! It is a quick walk to the beach and a short drive to shops and restaurants.

Beautiful clean home well taken care of. There are two additional ice makers (not including the refrigerator/freezer) was a plus. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, cups, etc. The only thing thing seemed strange was there were no extras (garbage bags, dishwasher detergent, salt/pepper, spices, aluminum foil, paper towels, etc.) Not a dig at the owner just plan on having everything you need. I would stay here again.

This property was amazing for a large family gathering. The house was everything we hoped for. Large comfortable areas for family to be together. The lagoon was more than we expected and we preferred it to the ocean . Very shallow and great for little ones and grown ups as well. The host was extremely responsive and helpful. Eventide was perfect for our family of 19! Everything was great and Charles was so attentive to the questions I had. Our 11 grandchilren loved the pool, the lagoon and the Gulf. We had several breathtaking sunsets, visible from the deck, and an amazing thunderstorm one evening! The only downside was the heat. No one can help that. Family Vacation

Our family vacation this year was in Gulf Shores. This house was perfect for me, my kids and grandkids, a total of 15. The house is amazing. The kitchen is fully equipped and so nice for our large crew, with two refrigerators and two dishwashers. We did verily little other than enjoy this beautiful home and the pool. Charles the owner was prompt to respond to our questions. He is a great host. Thank your for sharing your beautiful home.

Amazing house!!

We had an amazing stay at this beach house! The place was spotless upon arrival—very clean and well-maintained. Everything was just as described, and you could tell a lot of care goes into keeping it nice for guests. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach, and the atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. Charles is great and is great at responding quickly. From start to finish, the entire experience was smooth and enjoyable. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Amazing beach vacation home!

This house was perfect for our family getaway! There were 19 of us and we had everything we needed. Plenty of room to spread out and everyone loved it. With so many of us, we had planned ahead and came prepared to cook every meal and this kitchen has everything we needed. The dual stoves, refrigerators, and dishwashers were so helpful and we loved the outdoor cooking area. Top end appliances and beautiful decor throughout the house. Having an elevator was a major plus! The beach access was challenging for my 82 year old mother but being directly on the lagoon made up for it. Beautiful views from every room in this house. I just can’t say enough great things about it. We loved it and hope to return again in the future!

We stayed at this lovely property with family to celebrate a 70th birthday. The house was perfect for our family of 12! The elevator was a lifesaver with luggage and groceries!Charles was always helpful answering any questions that I had promptly. We all had a great time and highly recommend this property. Just one suggestion to future vacationers, don’t order from Amazon. We left for home still expecting an order that was 4 days overdue from the delivery date. Thank you Charles for having such a wonderful property!!

Second timers! Wonderful stay.

We enjoyed this house for a second summer in a row. The lagoon and pool access are the best parts of this home. We love watching the kids play from the living room. The kitchen is super well equipped and having a gas grill is an awesome addition. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are all beautifully decorated. We LOVE this home! Charles is an excellent host!

Perfect Family Getaway

If you want to have an excellent vacation experience this is the place! We stayed here with our 4 adult children, their spouses, our grandkids and close family friends. We had a fabulous week! The house accomodations were outstanding with enough private bedroom suites. Each adult couple had their own comfortable suit with king size beds. The grands loved their bunkroom. The bedroom suites each had a fullsize TV and fabulous showers. The main area was more than adequate to accomodate everyone in the mornings and evenings. The kitchen was made for large groups with the ability to prepare meals. We prefered to eat in rather than deal with a large group at a restaurant. We all chipped in and arranged for a private chef to stay with us. She was definitely impressed with the kitchen accomodations and was able to prepare full meals without any problem. (all the available cookware and utensils were present)We originally thought the pool might be a little small but the grands had so much fun splasing around. the beach access was close enough that we walked to it almost every day. Without hesitation we all agreed that this was the best VRBO any of us had ever used. Don't wait to make your reservation!

Serene luxury!

This home has it all, and then some. Very clean and well appointed home. Furnishings and bedding are exquisite. The location of home lends itself to a peaceful and tranquil vacation. Beach is literally across street. We enjoyed the tranquilness and view of lagoon. Kids can stay upstairs in their own living space. Linens were plentiful and kitchen had every imaginable gadget. We stayed mid-May, pool did not need to be heated. Owner very communicative prior to stay, easy check in. Had zero issues for our stay. Will definitely stay again.
