The host was very fast at responding to questions and the rental was very clean. We enjoyed the community pool and the amount of space along with the parking. My only reasons for not giving 5 stars would be that the rental is quite a walk from the nearest public beach entrance and the murphy bed was previously damaged from the looks of it so we could not use it unfortunately. The rental also does not have a bbq grill like alot of the other rentals in the community. Overall, it was a great place to stay, but be aware of the long walk with your possible beach equipment.

Great place, nice location. Well stocked kitchen with all needed equipment. We walked around the backside, by the lagoon to the beach and it was closer than the other beach access. The lagoon area, where it meets the ocean is really fun to play in and perfect for little kids since it’s shallow!

Nice house

House was clean and roomy. Beds were comfortable!! The Walk to lagoon was easy. Beach access was a little further than we thought, but definitely within walking distance. Pool was busy at times, but clean and fresh.

Overall, the House was great! Good location down on the West End. The House had plenty of room & was really nice. The Pool Area was really nice, but the water was pretty warm, but there was a great breeze at the Beach. The unbelievable amount of Jellyfish in the water was a pretty big disappointment, but we managed. We were there the last week in July. There wasn't much to be able to walk to....Waves Market & the Beach House was a mile walk away, so you pretty much need to drive to most things. The Hangout was about a 10 mins drive. The trade off of not having a crowded beach made it worth it though. There were a few hiccups....The Garbage Disposal was burned out, but replaced after 2 days, due to the Kitchen Sink backing up & no longer draining. There was something in the Washer or Dryer that put black marks all over anything white, but it was nice to have the ability to wash & dry stuff.The Freezer Drawer didn't open fully & was constantly "frozen" halfway. The Ice Maker didn't really make all that much ice, so we bought bags of ice any time we were out.The Crock Pot Lid was missing so we used foil for a lid & it worked ok, but annoying. There was no Grill or Paddleboards, as advertised. No Community Grills either. Tough to cook for 9 people w no Grill.None of the upstairs Bthrm Pocket Doors worked & 2 Sinks didn't drain right. Work Orders were supposedly put it, but only the Garbage Disposal was fixed while we were there.The Unit probably had best location

This place is a gem! Very nice & clean. Spacious. Walking distance to the beach, & you walk a path that goes under the road, not across it. Adorable lagoon with hermit crabs & fishing pier. Beach toys you can use. I would definitely recommend!

Great stay

Everything was great, there were only a handful of issues. There was hair left in of the toilets upstairs i assume from the last guest. No of the tvs upstairs worked because all romotes were connected to the tv downstairs. And the bathroom doors would jam. Otherwise it was a perfect place and we il be coming back!
