« This place was awesome and we would stay again! It was very clean -- kitchen surfaces, floors, beds, bathrooms all looked great. We loved the 3 floors, 2 balconies & stocked kitchen supplies. It's nice that the kitchen is open to the rest of the floor so everyone feels together during food prep. Beach supplies are also there (chairs, umbrellas). « The house was nice but could use some TLC. One of the downstair rooms needs a new mattress, the benches in the living room are in need of repair, and both showers upstairs need new shower heads. Overall, it is a comfortable house close to the rainforest and the Luquillo beaches. »

« The location is great for the East side of the main island. There are several great beaches close by, the rainforest was easy to get to and we were not far from the Ferry.It is a great condo with lots of space. The outdoor area was very nice and had a view of the ocean down to the marina.We would definitely stay again if our travels bring us back to Puerto Rico! »

« We stayed in 2/2026. The negatives that need some major attention: Inside the place: BLACK MOLD, & uncorrected water damage to the ceiling, & baseboards in multiple rooms. Paint is worn. « This space is designed to immerse you in the beauty of the coastal waters. The two upstairs bedrooms are the only traditional "enclosed" rooms featuring a view of the sea, AC and their own toilet/sink. « As we pulled into the parking lot for the house, the front looked more modest than we expected. Be patient, because everything else was wonderful and met or exceeded our expectations.
