« Très bon emplacement pour visiter le temple d'or ( à 5 minutes pied). Très bon accueil, la jeune femme de la réception nous a bien aidé pour louer une voiture pour aller à la frontière et pour la gare. Nous avons demander à l'hôte de venir nous chercher à la gare et c'était parfait. »

« The room was not clean when we entered. Towels and bedsheets also werent looking clean. Room toiletries and towels were not replaced for all 3 days. We had to ask for water bottles and tea/coffee packets everyday after calling reception. These housekeeping items should be done everyday without asking. Hotel location and contact number mentioned on expedia are also not correct. Only benefit hotel has is its proximity to golden temple »

« This stay was completely unacceptable and a major decline from our visit two years ago. We booked two Executive King rooms, both of which failed basic hygiene and comfort standards.
