« We had a wonderful getaway with 6 family members (including my 96 y/o Father-in-Law) and our 2 puppies. The condo kitchen was stocked with everything needed to cook several meals. The place was clean, and had 2 portable A/C units to keep the top 2 floors cool when things heated up in the afternoons.Close to shopping in Avon, and several nice restaurants nearby. Thanks Patricio for sharing your wonderful property with us! »

« This unit has everything you need for a quick mountain getaway! The bedroom and living rooms were spacious and cozy, the kitchenette was well stocked with cooking supplies for basic meals, and the location is excellent! Walking distance from one trailhead and so close to Minturn shops and restaurants. The hosts were very communicative and even dropped off a box fan for us when the temps got kind of toasty. Overall, a great spot to stay! »

« We love the property. The only problem we had was Waze took us into the school parking lot first and we had a nice tour of the school and the grounds. I then realized it was the next driveway. The alpacas were fun. Very friendly. The house left a bag of kibble in our unit to feed the alpacas with. « We loved this house, which was 5 minutes from family, where we were having an Engagement Party. We had plenty of room for the 3 sets of adults and 4 children ages 2 to 17. We weren't at the house much due to the party help we were offering and the party itself but the time we were there we were all very comfortable. « Clean, beds were comfortable, beautiful homeand great communication. We stayed in August when it was pretty hot. Didn't know that the air conditioner was a swamp cooler.
