« We had an amazing stay at Moon River Cabins. It was a very quaint area that was lovely for some peace and quiet. The cabin was beautiful and clean. The outdoor sauna and hot tub were delightful and certainly a highlight. We cannot wait to come back and stay again in the summer. »

« This place has many unique features. You can tell they spent time with all the little details like land line phones, glassware, and art. Overall cozy spot but has everything you need. I really enjoyed the fire pit and privacy. Lots of beautiful trees on the property and plenty of birds to see. Owner was a pleasure to correspond with. I would highly recommend this place for couples and families looking for a Galena getaway. Also Downtown Galena is fantastic! 10 to 15 min drive from the property. »

« Creekside Cabin immediately welcomed us with high ceilings, a warm lodge feel, communal working kitchen with views from all vantages.Decor lends itself to a lodge feel in a elevated curated fashion. « We loved our stay!!! Very beautiful place, not much I would change or ask to be different besides more hot water. Maybe like a continuous one or add one so there is 2. We had 12 people and we would run out of hot water every time we all got ready to go somewhere. But that’s it… my only complaint! Very well stocked… so much available in the kitchen… BIG plus! Plenty of towels which is wonderful! Property owners are super sweet and nice and would answer right away if we had a question or concern!...
