„A very nice and quite property. Well taken care of with easy access to lake for swimming or fishing. Nice fire pit areas established down by lake or up by the cabin. Didn't hear anyone else the entire time their except the boats that were trolling in the cove. Owners answered any questions we had and very willing to help. Definitely will keep this property in mind for future weekends. Thanks again.“

„What a little gem the cottage is. It was perfect for our stay for fishing tournament on Toledo Bend. Plenty room for boat parking. Quiet area with firepit & deck space. I will defiantly be back! Property Manager was easy to communicate with & checked on us after arrival.“

„When we arrived on a Friday night around 830pm we were shocked to find nasty bathrooms and a not very clean house. We spent the first hour of our vacation after driving over 3 hours scrubbing bathrooms and cleaning. There were cobwebs everywhere and dirt and crumbs under the couch and chairs. The pictures online made the house seem bigger than it was. The dock and porch were covered in spiders. The outside cooking area was filled with trash and spiders. The thermostat wouldn’t go below 70 ...

„This place is amazing. Ryan was good to deal with and responded quickly to messages. This house is located near the dam and has a great view. Our family had a very good time there. The yard is big enough to play games and enjoy the outside. we caught fish and our grandson flew a kite on the dock. This was our first trip that we took our little Chihuahua Charlie with us and he enjoyed laying on the dock soaking up the sun. This place is definitely a favorite of ours and hope to return soon. „We absolutely enjoyed this house. Feels like home. Very clean and so peaceful. They have anything you could possibly need. Our lab enjoyed the trip as well. The ONLY thing I would suggest with bringing a pet, make sure your dog isn’t picky. There isn’t much grass for them to use the bathroom and it was a fight every night. No fault to the home owners at all..it’s camping life. Maybe we just have a spoiled pup lol. We will be back!“
