• The property is accessed by approximately 0.4 miles of well-maintained single, gravel road with a gentle incline. Four-wheel drive is not required.

• There are a few neighboring homes along the road, though the cottage maintains a private and peaceful setting.

• Guests have full access to the cottage and outdoor living spaces.

• Wildlife is frequently spotted in the area, including deer, wild turkey, the famous white squirrels of Western North Carolina and occasionally black bears.
