« A top holiday house 2 minutes walk from the beach and 10 minutes walk from the town. Parking was on the roadside, but totally easy. The check-in was very easy and flexible due to a key safe. The owner gave explicit and easy to follow instructions about everything concerning the house and garden.She was also available per phone and text to contact and friendly. « After a long journey with heavy traffic it was a pleasure to have a warm greeting by the owners and to rest in this beautiful cottage . We had a lovely time at Lympne wild animal park, and the next day at Canterbury cathedral . Would highly recommend this accommodation and its setting in the countryside is just perfect »

« Everything you need for a perfect, relaxing holiday. Fantastic location, apartment has everything you need, extremely comfortable and clean. Views from lounge windows are fabulous and constantly changing, no need to turn on the tv when you can watch the sea and everyone coming and going. Am absolutely in love with Broadstairs and would definitely book the same apartment again. »

« Ignore the rubbish from cottages.com as they obviously do not have a clue. The front door facing North road is locked and bolted and so cannot be used to enter the property. Only by going down the steps and using the back door can you get in. The flat bronze yale style key next to the silver long key is the one you need. As the yale lock is loose you need to jiggle the key in the lock to even turn it. Watch out if your tall ... im 6' and had some close calls in the cottage. Do not attempt to use...

« The flat is just as pictured. The kitchen is well equipped, beds are comfortable, and it was spotlessly cleaned. There is some street noise, but that will be the case anywhere in the city center. I only mention it so I can share the tip to bring earplugs if you’re a light sleeper. Communication with Deborah was fast and smooth. The location is perfect—a few minutes walk to anywhere in the city center. Highly recommend. »

"Felt like being part of a cruise for some reason, the entertainment, size of the hotel, gave that ambiance. The rooms need to be refreshed (the bathroom was old) but all in all, we still had a good time in Folkestone so I'd still give it a 7 if I had to rate the experience."
