« The condo was clean with just a touch of wear and tear on the flooring from my stay in 2022. The condo needs a better can opener. The location is perfect for trips to Freeport, hiking in the state forest and a 10 to 15 minute walk to the beach. »

« This condo/apt was amazing. Plenty of dishes/silverware were provided. Including a coffeepot, large toaster, blender, and teapot. They even had a laundry basket, iron/ironing board, and plenty of towels. They even provided puzzles & monopoly game! »

« We had the best time! This is our 2nd time staying here and we plan to be back! The owners are super helpful and responsive. Everything was clean and the view is awesome. It’s so nice to walk off the back porch and just steps to the beach. There were lots of beach toys, chairs, etc to use. We can’t wait to come back! »

« Everything was perfect. It felt like home…VERY clean and comfortable. The location was convenient to absolutely everything and the neighborhood was SO quiet. Watercolor is my favorite town on 30A, having access to 9 pools is a huge plus. We spent our time at the pool by the beach…the sunsets are amazing! « We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo was clean and exactly as the pictures show. There are plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. It's a quick walk to the beach. I was really thankful for the private beach access because the public beach area gets really crowded. The ocean became full of seaweed and red flagged after a few days into our visit, so we were really thankful to have free access to three different swimming pools to relax and cool off.
