« We had never been to 30a and loved it! Cozy for Two is a great place to stay with an easy tram service to the beach and bikes provided to peddle around 30a. The hosts were available and even provided a welcome gift!:). It was clean, comfortable and nicely furnished. We also took advantage of the umbrella and beach chairs they provided. Highly recommend !! »

« The location is phenomenal with walking access to the beach, restaurants, food trucks and shops. However, the cottage was a little rundown and needs to be updated. I made sure to message the manager of all of the broken blinds so I wouldn’t be charged. Ventilation in bathroom is nonexistent even when you open windows there’s no way for the heat to get out so everything turns damp and humid in the room. Oh and door upstairs wouldn’t lock. « Small, modest and comfortable inside. Quiet but near the crowded “in” places if you want to visit them (Alys, Rosemary, etc.). Good beach access that’s close, almost right across the street, and not crowded at all (even on spring break) which is nice. The tub drained slowly and was not addressed during our stay. The outside (yard and drive) could easily be improved. »

« Close to the beach, well maintained, and had basics so we didn't have to worry about soap, shampoo, toilet paper. Has beach chairs/umbrellas. Owner was very responsive to questions. Only recommendation is it would be nice to have beach towels, travel glasses/tumblers for the beach, cooler for the beach, and food storage items (containers, ziplocks, foil, etc.) but not a deal breaker just nice to have. »

« From the moment my girls and I arrived at this charming beach house, we were completely smitten! The home is the perfect blend of comfort, style, and coastal charm. The location is unbeatable. We were steps from Camp Watercolor and the amazing Watercolor Trolley (free!) took us quickly to the beach! « Oyster Cottage exceeded our expectations. Everything was new and clean! The cottage was thoughtfully designed, and the decor had a chic, Seaside aesthetic. We were greeted by a friendly representative from Homeowner’s Collection who answered all of our questions. The Beach, shops, dining, and the Seaside Swim/Tennis Club were a 5 minute walk away. We highly recommend Oyster Cottage. »

« Booked the Bali Cottage the night before and were lucky it was available. Check in was simple, communication with the host was excellent. The property was extremely clean, organized and stocked with all that we needed for our 5 day stay. Would absolutely stay here again. Location is perfect to walk or bike to everything you need! »
