„Wir waren auf der Durcheise von Dallas nach Kansas City und fanden Eureka Springs als schönes Städtchen irgendwo in der Mitte. Es war noch keine Saison, viele Resaurants waren geschlossen. Das Hotel haben wir gebucht weil es ein Apartment mit zwei Schlafzimmern gab. “

„Staff/owner was super friendly, the room was clean and quiet. We stayed two nights. Close to town and where went to see the Passion Play. Would definitely stay again, highly recommend. “

„Stefon was great at check-in. He was friendly and efficient and very helpful. We had an issue with our sink. We stopped by the front desk to notify and it was taken care of by the time we got back. We only had to ask once which was very nice. If I ever go back to Eureka Springs I will definitely stay here again “

„Wir waren eine Nacht dort. Leider ist das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nicht angemessen. Unser Zimmer war mit einem Queen-Bett und einem kleinen Tisch mit 2 Stühlen ausgestattet. Es war so wenig Platz, dass man nicht einmal zwei Koffer aufmachen konnte. Wir hatten selbst in Chicago Downtown für den Preis ein größeres, besser ausgestattetes Zimmer. Eureka Springs ist ganz nett, aber übernachten würden wir nächstes Mal woanders“

„Location, location, location! Great staff, good room on 4th floor with no one above us. Free parking at an off site lot; there is a shuttle. We love the historic status of the Basin. Free coffee in the lobby in the a.m. Could live without the added resort fee.“

„From the moment I entered, I was completely pleased. The front desk attendant was the friendliest and most helpful person. I wish I could remember her name because I would definitely mention her. She was definitely a wonderful person. Check in was fast and simple. We entered our room which was clean and comfortable however when we used the bathroom, we noticed a leak from the toilet. I addressed this with the front deck and was immediately offered another room of the same quality. Again ...

„Property was very unique, little dated but that's not really a bad thing and too be expected as the entire town is very historic. Bed was surprisingly one of the most comfortable I've experienced away from home. Jetted tub was extremely large and takes forever to fill but worth it in the end. Stayed in the cliffside with very little complaints I would 10/10 stay here again. Walking distance to downtown and always having a place to park nearby especially during busy tourist days is major plus. “
