What laundry service?
Parkimg was easy.
Staff was overwhelmed with problems from guests. Most of these problems were preventable of they had fully prepared the rooms before the guests stayed in them. Amoung the problems were one lady didnt have a shower curtain. We didnt have a remote and went multiple times and they kepta promising to come help us. One guest had 6 people and two sets of towels for a room with more than one bed. Our room had fpur people to share a single bottle of shampoo, no conditioner. Feet were brown from walking on the floor. Ac unit made a smell and figured out it ls the rooms that reek. Black mold spots on walls of bathroom....it didnt have a working fan for the humid small room. No cold water. Front desk employee on night shift was outside smoking weed with guests and then the tall gentleman came inside high to help.
Pillows were flat and vary few.. if they are going to have flat pillows....do four like most hotels. If they properly set the rooms, they would not have as many people comming up to them.
One woman was waiting two and a half hours for her room..4pm with her reservation. No breakfast...just coffee...conflicting signs for free pet but then one said they are now charging..
Writting on the lamps in the room. These are fixable things but staff needs to step up thier game and hire more facilities employees to clean and take care of the details thst ultimately add up. Employees getting high instead of manning the desk at night.
