  • Proudly hosted by Island Rentals of Hilton Head, this inviting Seascape villa offers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and coastal charm for your Hilton Head Island getaway. Ideally located in the desirable South Forest Beach area, the villa places you close to the beach, scenic bike paths, and the island’s most popular shopping, dining, and entertainment options—all while providing a peaceful retreat to come home to each day.

    Inside, you’ll find a spacious open floorplan designed for easy vacation living. The bright and airy living area is comfortably furnished with a sofa, chairs, and a flat-screen TV, creating a welcoming space to relax after a day in the sun. The dining area features a large dining set and hutch, fully stocked for home-cooked meals or family gatherings. The updated kitchen includes modern appliances, ample counter space, and a breakfast bar that opens seamlessly to the main living space.

    Upstairs, the primary bedroom offers a restful escape with a King bed, flat-screen TV, and floor-to-ceiling windows equipped with room-darkening curtains to let you control the natural light. An en suite bathroom with a shower/tub combination completes the space. The guest bedroom features two Full beds and its own flat-screen TV, with a second full bathroom conveniently located just across the hall—ideal for families or couples traveling together.

    Outdoor living is just as enjoyable, with an expanded outdoor space that includes a double-sized sunshade umbrella, outdoor dining table, gas grill, and additional seating—perfect for morning coffee, afternoon lounging, or evening meals under the stars. Great property with an excellent location for access to the beach and everything HHI has to offer. The check in & out process is very efficient and easy. We would stay here again if we revisit the area.

The house was very clean, comfortable, and super beach accessible. There were an abundance of kitchen utensils, cups, wine glasses, & plates. This made the stay very comfortable. The patio was wonderful and an easy walk to the pool. Having the grill was a nice addition and we ended up grilling one night. The bathrooms are tight so if you’re sharing with multiple people that might be tough but it was just my husband and I. Navigating the TV was a challenge (since we’re not super tech savvy) but once we figured it out it was a breeze.

Vacation with family. Convenient location to bike trail with 4 bikes included! Beach chairs, umbrella and beach cart available for use. Quiet community and nice pools. Abundantly stocked kitchen. Only suggestion is fans in bedrooms. We recommend this property!

The villa was as promised and all instructions were very clear. The bike thing was confusing as you should use bikes with the unit number..not in our rack. We did not visit the pool. Air conditioner

A new unit was installed that was not working properly. It took a few visits and it still did not work right but we were able to keep the unit cool and property management was excellent. It was a problem with the breaker. Thank you so much for such an enjoyable stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Can't beat the location! Had a great trip! Beds were comfortable and condo was well stocked with cookware. Big plus on the propane grill. Only issues were floors had obviously been patched and were loose in places. Wasn't a big deal. Turntable in microwave didn't spin and ice maker was super slow. Didnt mention any of those things to the company because wasnt a big deal to us. One of the best features of Seascape is having the private bathroom at the beach. Very convenient! Also, loved having the bikes and beach chairs that were provided. I got there Saturday and didn't get in a car until Friday. Would stay there again for sure. Is the 2nd time we have booked through Island Rentals and highly recommend! Already planning our trip for next year and hoping to make 2 trips workout.

Great location, but pest problem in the kitchen

We love this location and the property is so pretty. The kitchen is well stocked and the beach access is fantastic. However, there was a pretty serious pest problem in the kitchen which was such a bummer! We opened a few drawers that had roaches, and the garbage can had food in the bottom beneath the bag with roaches and there was often a bug or two on the counter, in the sink and on the stovetop. We communicated with the property manager and because of the system it took a couple of days for someone to come in and spray, but this unfortunately, didn't help very much. It's such a bummer because it's an awesome property at a great location! The property manager was responsive and refunded us our cleaning fee, but still a bummer as we had hoped to cook more but we didn't want to in this kitchen!

The location was ideal and the villa had everything that you would need for a perfect stay. The bikes were a huge bonus. There were nice beach chairs, a cooler and wagon to take everything to the beach. The beach umbrella was busted so we purchased a new one and left it for future guests! The only issue we had was the cockroaches in the kitchen. Per other reviews, it appears that the previous guest had issues as well and the pest control folks had been there prior to our visit. We notified the pest control folks about the bugs so that the unit could be treated again after we left. Hopefully they can get the pests under control since everything else about this villa was great.
