Shorewood is a gated community. We provide our guest the gate code to the front gate and the beach gate after booking confirmation. Parking Passes are required. 2 passes will be left for our guest.

Pest Control
All of our homes receive professional pest control treatment every month. While an occasional bug may find its way inside, the treatments ensure they are short-lived. Please note that the community operates on a set schedule for pest control, so an exterminator visit may occur during your stay. We appreciate your understanding as this helps us maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all guests.
Minimum Age of 25 required. No Smoking. No Pets. Please enjoy yourself and treat our home like you would treat your own. Do not take furniture out of the villa or move it from one room or floor to another. Parking Pass must be visible in windshield for the duration of your stay.
