  • Dieser wunderschöne Strand orientierte Villa hat gerade eine komplette Innenrenovierung unterzogen. Neue Böden und wunderschönen neuen Bädern haben Sie, um zu sehen, zu glauben. Nur 5-6 Minuten zu Fuß von einem der schönsten Strände an der Ostküste, hat Zugang zum Strand dieser Villa alle Annehmlichkeiten, die Sie benötigen, um den ganzen Tag sonnen sich in der Sonne. Die große schattige Gemeinschaftspool ist nur wenige Schritte von der Haustür und verfügt über Toiletten, mit angrenzenden Picknickplatz für die Familie zu genießen. 'Adventure Cove', ein gesundes Kinder-Entertainment-Bereich, ist ein sehr kurzen Spaziergang entfernt.
    Es gibt auch gute Restaurants bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Villa ist Mitte der Insel bei Meile Markierung 6, so dass nichts auf Hilton Head Island ist mehr als nur ein paar Minuten entfernt. Es ist ideal für zwei Familien oder eine Familie mitbringen, die Großeltern für einen vergnüglichen Familienurlaub. Eine große 3-Zimmer-Ferienhaus zu einem vernünftigen Preis.

Great place to stay. Short walk to the beach, about 5 minutes or so. Nice and easy location to get to food, entertainment, groceries, etc. the villa was well outfitted, and bed number and arrangement is perfect for bigger families and kids. Multiple outdoor seating areas around the villa and a short walk to the pool. Would gladly book this location again.

Clean, Safe Space

This is our second stay at this exact space. We were there a couple of years ago and enjoyed the access to the beach and the amenities and chose to stay there again. Very clean, quiet nice neighborhood.

Condo close to the beach!

This condo has been gorgeously decorated with beautiful hardwood floors and comfortable beds. We loved how close it was to the beach to the beach and enjoyed staying here as a family. Thank you so much for having twin beds so the kids didn't fight about who kicked who in the night!

Perfect spot for a family vacation

We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay! The home was perfect for our family—comfortable, clean, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. The kitchen had all the essentials for meals in, and they had beach gear ready to go, which made our daily walks to the beach (just five minutes away!) super easy.Although it’s located in a popular area, the neighborhood had a relaxed, local vibe. We felt tucked away from the touristy bustle while still being close to everything. Highly recommend for families looking for a peaceful beach vacation without sacrificing convenience!

Comfortable and Clean

We are a family of 6 (2 adults and 4 kids) and this property was a great fit for us. We loved the fact that the beach was only 3 to 4 blocks away - a very easy walk on the walking trail. Plus beach chairs, toys, towels and umbrellas were provided by the home owner.

We had a great stay. No real issues or concerns. The check in/put process was simple. We had one minor issue and the property manager responded quickly and professionally. We would definitely recommend this place!

Clean and convenient

Our second year staying in the property which is clean, organized and convenient walk to the beach while being close to golf courses and restaurants. Door code wasn’t activated when we arrived, but property manager was available on call to take care of right away. Property manager Kevin is great and attentive if anything is needed. The owner communicates through the process and makes you feel welcome. I do recommend bringing some beach gear as access to on site beach gear is ok at best.

Great spto

We enjoyed this apartment a lot. It was very close to the beach, which was perfect for walking or biking back and forth. The kitchen was small, but well-appointed. The beds were a bit on the softer side for me, but still comfortable. The en suit bathroom is tiny, but functional. My only issue with the apartment was that the dining room table was oddly shaped so you couldn't really sit 6 people at even spacing because the legs of the table were in the way - minor, but slightly annoying to have to sit on the corners! Lovely hang out space for the family. We had an issue with the water heater leaking and the manager was there right away to fix it, which was great. He was very responsive and helpful!

Stones Throw, HHI

The first day started out as a disaster. Nobody had been in to clean. I called Dennis, he took full responsibility, mix ups happen, and he had the cleaners there immediately. We left for an hour and the place was spruced up. It is a nice place. The front patio was great. You have privacy. The pool is perfect. Everything works in the unit. Did not see any Palmetto bugs (roaches) the entire week. Dennis, the owner, responds immediately. It ended up being a nice week in August.

With Folly Field Beach less than a 10 minute walk away, the location is perfect. Beautiful, welcoming beach decor. Despite dozens of other condos right there, the privacy is more than adequate. Amenities and furniture are well taken care of and comfortable. Property management is easy to contact and very accommodating. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Nice place, extra charges

The property was very nice, but please be aware that the price is effectively a bit higher than listed because the owner requires either an expensive insurance policy or a huge deposit. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay. There were tons of nice bath and beach towels, blankets, pillows, toilet paper, plastic bags, and basic kitchen items. Comfortable beds. Good communication from the owner. The heat works well and there is plenty of ventilation since its an end unit and has an extra sliding door. Good lighting everywhere and the wifi worked fine. The kitchen only had teflon pots and pans, which is pretty standard, so if you don't like teflon, I would bring a few pots and pans to use. The beach chairs and umbrellas weren't all in great shape, but we did use the beach cart. Short walk to the public access to the beach and showers to wash off as you leave the beach. Close to parks and restaurants and mini-golf. I have bad allergies to pets, smoke, mold, and fragrances, and sometimes have a hard time in rentals, but this one was pretty good that way, as well. We stayed in the winter and the heat worked well, and the neighborhood was pretty quiet even on New Year's Eve. The bike trail is very close and very nice.
