Beautifully Updated One Bedroom Villa Great for a Couples Getaway!

  • This wonderfully updated one-bedroom St. Andrews Villa would be perfect for a couple's getaway!

    The kitchen features custom cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and granite countertops. The kitchen bar seats three. The kitchen will be fully-equipped making cooking at home an easy task! The adjoining dining area table seats four. The living area is nicely decorated and is outfitted with an HDTV.

    Completing this single-level villa is the primary bedroom with its king bed, HDTV, and en-suite primary bathroom. The primary bathroom consists of an elegant custom-tiled walk-in shower.

    Outside you can enjoy a private patio with an outdoor dining area seating four! The St. Andrews pool is just a short walk away! The beach within Palmetto Dunes can be accessed within a couple of minutes by vehicle, ten minutes by bike, or by calling the Palmetto Dunes Buggy. The Palmetto Dunes Buggy is a seasonal, on-call shuttle service located within the resort.

Sometime we stay for a week, just the two of us. St. Andrew’s commons is a perfect location for the smaller groups. It is quiet and beautiful. A great location, close to everything you need.
