Lagoon View Resort Villa - Walk to the Beach!

Hilton Head Resort sits at the perfect mid-island location with direct access to a semi-private beach. Before you hit the sand, enjoy a bite and a drink at Coco's, our private beach bar and grill, normally open March through October, located right at the end of the boardwalk. After your day of fun in the sun you can relax in our well-equipped 2-bedroom villa or rent a bike on-site and head over to Shelter Cove just a few minutes away for shopping and restaurants.

The space
Experience the perfect beach vacation at our cozy lagoon and saltwater marsh view villa. You can sit on the balcony with your favorite drink and watch the egrets and herons diving into the marsh and if you are quick, you'll catch a view of the 'jumping' fish and sea turtles in the lagoon. Off in the distance you'll be able to glimpse the ocean which is just a short walk through the saltwater marsh on the resort's private boardwalk.

Our non-smoking villa has two bedrooms and two baths and can easily accommodate a family or two couples. Cook your favorite meal in our well-equipped kitchen and then sit back and relax in our comfortable living room. The living room has a queen sofa sleeper for that extra guest and a 50" smart TV with basic cable.

The master bedroom features a private bath and a 40" flat screen smart TV, while the second bedroom has two twin beds and its own flat screen TV with basic cable. High-speed wireless internet is also available in the villa and in the common areas of the resort.

Laundry rooms are located in each building.

Guest access
Once you're unpacked, you're ready to explore all the amenities that our gated resort (24 hr. security) has to offer. Take a swim in one of the two outdoor pools (open seasonally), relax on the sundeck, or play tennis on one of the six lighted tennis courts. There is even a Pickle Ball Court! There is a dedicated BBQ area, on-site sundry store and gift shop, and on-site pool bar and grill. Don't worry about rainy days. Just enjoy the year-round indoor amenities which include a heated pool, sauna, hot tubs, indoor jogging track, and fitness center. Bike rentals are available on-site for scenic rides on the island's many bike paths. Reserve your bikes before your trip and they'll be waiting for you when you arrive.

Hilton Head Resort is close enough to Coligny and Sea Pines to be convenient but far enough away that you don't have to deal with all of the crowds and congestion. You will have everything you need for the perfect vacation at an affordable price. Just pack your bags and get set to relax and enjoy!

Other things to note
Our unit in Building 2 is one of the few in the resort that doesn't have a view facing other buildings or parking lots. You will enjoy your privacy on the balcony with an unobstructed view of the lagoons with jumping fish, natural marshes, and the golf course. In the distance, you can also get a "peek-a-boo" view of the ocean between the trees of the golf course. All in all, it is one of the best views in the resort.
