Beautiful updates and great location!

Our family enjoyed our stay in this lovely condo. Beautiful updates and it was nicely stocked which made our stay comfortable and easy. We were located close to pool, beach, tennis courts, and biking/walking paths. Owners were very responsive and checked to make sure we had what we needed for our stay. Definitely recommend staying here!

Property was within walking distance to the beach and within driving distance to many shops and restaurants. Sara and Blake were always very quick to respond to all of our needs and were very accommodating.

Great Villa and Location

Place was perfect for my family. Unit had everything you could ask for including all beach necessities. Location perfect to pool and quick walk to beach. Can’t say enough how nice , quick and responsive the hosts are.

Sweet Sixteen Birthday Gift

The home was excellent, and the renovations were done to perfection. As advertised, the Beach was a short walk from the home. Location on Hilton Head was central and everything you needed was a short distance away. I would definitely recommend this home. Homeowners were very pleasant to deal with.

Spacious, well stocked, great location

Our Ladies annual beach trip had the best time at your condo. It was so spacious, extremely well stocked, right next to the pool and very clean. 5-8 minute walk to the beach depending on how fast you walk. It is like you are in the forest with all the shade trees and chirping crickets. So peaceful. I would highly recommend this location. Many small touches made it feel like home.

Great Location

Our overall stay was great. Very convenient location. One room needed AC repairs but the owner let us know ahead of time. Was not bad with fans. Outside needs some maintenance. The upstairs decks are not currently safe but the condo community will remedy that. Overall the property is great and we would definitely come back.

Great location but condo needs work

We have been going to HHI for over 20 years and have stayed in many different places, most of which were in beautiful condition. This is an old, outdated condo that needs some tender loving care. When we arrived, the screen doors in the living room and master ensuite were off the track and just leaning on the wall. Fridge had a few things broken...dishwasher did not clean the dishes properly. Internet was slow....DVD didn't work. Carpet needs replacing. Cutlery, dishes and glasses could be updated. Very little storage for dry goods....and we were only 2 people most of the time. It looked dirty when we came in that first day but it wasn't....the railing, baseboards, doors were just in bad conditon and could use some updating and a good coat of paint. We had friends in Abbington whose rental (3bed, 3bath)was beautiful and updated and they paid less than we did. There were some positives - the furnishings, decor, deck and location were great as were the hosts. They were very prompt with any issues we had.

We had good time with the family and the walk to the beach is easy. Location was not really easy to find just putting the address on google maps. The house is as showed in the pictures but for the price we pay I wish bathrooms were a little better, they are old compared to the rest of the house. Light on the kitchen's stove was not working and I wish we did not have to buy dishwasher soap and laundry soap.

Great townhome, excellent location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this townhome in Palmetto Dunes! The property was great- the bedrooms were all a great size and each with their own bathroom. The extra 4th full bath off the family room was nice but barely used. The kitchen is a tad small, but well-stocked and all we needed for our long weekend. The back deck is nice and overlooks the community pool, which is just steps from the townhome. The walk to the beach was an easy 5-7 minute walk and the beach towels and chairs available at the house were such a nice touch. Parts of the property are a little dated, but that’s to be expected and everything was clean. The owner was fantastic and very responsive to any questions we had. The only issue we had was finding the property as the house # is hidden by the bushes out front (and we arrived at night after dark). Otherwise, a wonderful property and owner. We loved it and would definitely stay again!

Perfect for our Girls Trip!

We stayed here for a girls trip with my best friend and our teenage daughters. There were six of us in total and we had more than enough space. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook and there were also all of the cleaning and beach supplies we needed as well. Great host and great property! We will return!

Great location, comfy beds

This condo was very clean, nicely decorated, well equipped, spacious and conveniently located. We were a group of three, but this property could comfortably accommodate 9. It has four, yes four, full baths and very comfortable beds. We enjoyed the ease of reaching the beach, restaurants and shopping. Will definitely stay again.

Perfect!

Absolutely loved the property. The owners were extremely easy to work with. The location of the property is perfect. Loved being so close to the community pool and a very short walk over to the beach. Everything was very clean. Enjoyed renting bikes from Salty Bike rentals. Would definitely love to stay here again. Property owner was kind and extremely responsive, location was top notch- literally only 5 minute walk to the beach and other amenities! Property itself is a bit tired, but still had everything needed for a comfortable, weeklong stay.

Very good but needs some TLC to be Great

Great place, lots of updates, and good owner communication. I would stay here again 100%. But a few things could be improved. The patio set table was a rusty mess. We had to buy a outdoor table cloth just to use it. Upstairs bathroom kept getting 3-4 dead small water bugs each night. I personally cleaned the deck because it was in desperate need of a cleaning. Carpet upstairs and in the first floor master is nice but I would prefer hard floors that could be sanitized. I think whoever does the maintenance and cleaning for the owners needs to be addressed. Overall we had a great time and the owner was super responsive. He is a great host but I just didn’t want to have our vacay bogged down with nitpicking minor stuff. Stay here!
